HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH Standard Pacific Homes!

The salespeople working for Standard Pacific Homes in the Cobblestone community in Pembroke Pines are horrid. I am a cash buyer and I was treated like garbage by them.
They lie, and act as if they are doing you a favor by even speaking to you. They really need to fire every single one of their salespeople. I was ready to drop $450,000 cash on a house but their disgusting attitudes sent me running for the hills.
Ended up buying elsewhere and dropped $700,000 instead.. but it was worth it to just not deal with such nasty trash in that sales center.

So what builder did you end up going with and are you pleased with the work?
I'm pretty sure that I did not mention anything about a discount because I am a cash buyer. Get over yourself, buddy.
I have seen this happen all the time with cash buyers they think just because they are giving you cash you can discount the house 50 percent not happening
Are you ***? Where did I mention that I asked for a lower price?
I'm just wondering where you see that. Might want to get your eyes checked.
Consider yourself lucky. SPH builds utter garbage.
The concrete slabs don't even have wire mesh, much less any rebar in the footings! When they crack the whole house separates.
The doors are made of recycled cardboard, the windows are cheap and the sliding doors are so easy to break into__ in Thompson Ridge a guy went down the line and pulled open four sliding doors and ripped off anything that wasn't screwed down.
They make a product that looks good, but is cheap, cheap, cheap. I'll never buy anything they make again.
