Delays for completion on our son's condo, with no notice, have cost him thousands of dollars. They went under contract in January and were told it would be completed in July, then August, and it is now November and it is still not complete and they have been asked to sign closing docs with no completion date.

I have been in the building industry in California for over 30 years and have never experienced anything like this.

They do not care about the customer but they did care about holding their deposit, without any communication, all these months! It is more than sad.
