Well I reserved my home and I got closing date for March. during the first phase of house building everything was good because they were building structure for the house.

all drama starts when they started building walls and windows and other details.

No communication from the builder, deadline delayed every month March to April, April to May, May to June and then June to July and now I have no trust on these people. I am in Rental home and I have new baby born and we were planning to be shift in our new home. Every time builder Lies, people change all the time from Builder, Project Manager, VP. looks like they don't have experience building homes and specially they don't know how to communicate.

very rude and non professional. they change products without letting you know and use faulty cheap products. what they shows you during the house is the better product and then after the booking they change.

you don't have each and every details in the document they can easily change the products because they use generic names and quality. I will not recommend anyone after my experience and I am honestly waiting for my house to completed and waiting to finish this nightmare experience.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Calatlantic Homes Cons: Builder, Purchansing department, Operations department, Changing product, Management.

Location: Sunrise, Florida

Thanks for the update! I was really considering moving into this community.

The customer service is extremely poor, the sales person (Tamicka) lacks the basics of professionalism of any sales.

If you are buying a home valued 300-500K you would expect the sales person to be considered to the customers needs and to provide a professional buying experience. I will take my money to another builder.
