The salespeople working for Standard Pacific Homes in the Watercrest community in Parkland, Florida are incompetent and liars!As a buyer, I was treated like the salesperson was doing me a favor.

I will was supposed to own a house this summer, instead they were pushing it all the way to December. For your information, I am buying their second biggest model, the Barrington. The people at Watercrest ignore us and stall our house. They keep changing the date. It was not until now that I kept calling them that they finally got their brains straight, and started working on our house. I hope that anybody who is buying, or is waiting for their house from them, especially Watercrest, reads this. You need to keep calling them and emailing them to get your house done. My house is now supposed to be done by June, thanks to all the calls made to get our house done. Shows what a little work can do.

These people, like some weird girl Ru, then there is Keith, Jason, Rick, Mike, and Peggy are incompetent and couldn't care less about getting your house done. They have all lied to my face continuously, until I yelled at them and talked extremely firmly.

Once again, after calling them every week to every day, I have finally gotten them to get off their butts and finish up our house.

The only competent and decent people there are two of the construction managers.

They really need to fire every single one of their salespeople and office personnel.The upper management does not seem to care about the buyers either.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
